There is also a job search option, and as having your profile with so much relevent information avaliable it makes it easier for the employers to find potential employees.
This enables you to make contact with them in messages, although I haven't personally been offered any jobs over this, I know that employers do use this from a peers experience of being offered an intern position in Next through this platform.
